Understanding Injustice in Children, Young People, and Parents about their Cancer

Questionnaire Study Eligibility and Information

Thank you for your interest in the study!

We are looking to recruit children/young persons and their parents to complete questionnaires about their experiences with cancer-related pain.

For our study, it is important that the child/young person and their parent are happy to answer questions about this as we want to understand their shared experiences and perspectives.

As this study is online, we also want to make sure that we are avoiding "bots" from answering any questions. As such, we have a short screening process before we send out information about the study for you to consent and complete. On this page, we ask a cancer-pain related eligibility question. On the next page we will ask for contact details.

If you are happy to, please provide the information below and on the next page.
Dr Victoria Collard (vejc20@bath.ac.uk) will be in touch with you within 2 days to get you set up and answer any questions that you may have.

This question is specifically for the child/young person interested in getting more information about this study.

We would like to ask you a question about your cancer-related pain experience to make sure that you're eligible to participate:

No pain
Pain as bad as it could be
Using the scale on the right, please rate your worst pain intensity since your cancer diagnosis on a scale of 0 to 10, where 0 is 'no pain' and 10 is 'pain as bad as it could be'.
