Thank you for your interest in this research study and the Untire app.

We want to get you set up and using that app as quickly as possible but first we will need you to complete some quick eligibility questions and provide us with contact information so we will be able to give you access to the Untire app.

Who can take part in the study?

This study is for adult cancer patients and survivors who are suffering from cancer related fatigue. Participants will also need to have access to a smartphone. There are also some other exclusion criteria which may mean that someone is not able to take part in this study.

What will happen after I have completed the eligibility questions?

As soon as you have completed the eligibility questions a member of the research team will contact you using the email address you have provided to let you know if you are eligible or not. If you are eligible to take part in the study, then we will send you a link allowing you to enroll in the study.

Enrollment will involve:

1. Reading through important information about what the study will involve.

2. Signing the digital consent for the study.

3. Providing some brief background information about yourself and your cancer diagnosis.

4. Completing a baseline questionnaire asking about your level of fatigue and quality of life.

How do I get access to the Untire app?

Once you have completed study enrollment, we will provide you with a unique access code which will allow you to download an use the Unitre app on your own device.
