National Emergency Briefing Event - Pre-Event Survey

Thank you for coming to this National Emergency Briefing event.

Before the event starts, we'd like to invite you to answer a few short questions. This questionnaire will take about 3-5 mins and will ask about your views on climate and nature, and about you.

We're asking these questions to find out about who's attending and what impact the event has had. This information is being collected by researchers at the University of Bath and the National Emergency Briefing Team to evaluate these events, and to help understand how better to communicate about climate change and nature loss.

After the event, you'll be invited to complete a similar survey so we can see if people's views have changed, and to collect feedback about the event.

Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary. If you don't want to complete any questions, please just skip them. And if you want to withdraw from the survey, just close the browser/tab and your data will be deleted. Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported anonymously.

If you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, you may contact Prof. Lorraine Whitmarsh ([email protected]), University of Bath, who is leading the evaluation of the NEB events.

Please read the following statements before proceeding, then click 'Start' to provide consent and start the survey.
